During the past ten years Dave has personally invested in a variety of multi-family properties, shopping centers and investment property. Three years ago; citing a change in real estate market conditions, Dave began specializing in Short Sale and REO properties for his clients. Dave's experience with unique properties, land, nightclub anchored shopping centers and multifamily projects gives Dave the required experience necessary to represent the most astute buyer or seller. Dave is a seasoned negotiator and is dedicated in protecting his clients’ interests.
